Loknath Behera ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Memrova mobile application (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and the associated website (memrova.com) (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclosure, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our mobile application. Please read this privacy policy carefully. A. Personal Data Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and telephone number, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Service. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however, your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Service (such as logging in or syncing progress).

B. Derivative Data & Analytics Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Service, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Service. On the mobile application, this includes your device name and type, your operating system, your phone number, your country, and other interactions with the application via Google Analytics for Firebase and Crashlytics to help us improve app stability.

C. Financial Data

  • Web Payments: We use Razorpay to process payments on our website (memrova.com). We do not store any financial information (such as credit card numbers) on our servers. All financial transactions on the web are handled directly by Razorpay in a secure manner.
  • Mobile Payments: All in-app purchases on Android and iOS are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. We do not have access to your credit card or billing information for these transactions.

D. Mobile Device Access We may request access to your mobile device’s storage. This access is strictly used to save app-related data (such as cached images, downloaded test papers, or flashcards) to improve the performance of the app and reduce data usage. We do not access your personal photos or gallery for any other purpose.

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use information collected about you via the Service to:
