Thank you for choosing Memrova. We are committed to providing high-quality educational resources for your exam preparation.

As Memrova offers immediate access to digital content (including downloadable PDFs, tests, and study materials), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is made, except under the specific technical circumstances outlined below.

1. General Policy: No Refunds

Because our content is digital and can be accessed, consumed, or downloaded immediately upon payment, we strictly enforce a No Refund Policy.

  • Non-Recurring Payments: Our plans (4-month or 1-Year) are one-time payments. They do not auto-renew, so no cancellation is required to stop future billing.
  • Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds if you change your mind, find the exam is different than expected, or choose to stop using the application.

2. Purchase Channels

A. Web Purchases (via Razorpay)

For plans purchased directly on our website (memrova.com):

  • The "No Refund" policy applies immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Duplicate Payment Exception: If a technical error causes your payment method to be charged twice for a single transaction, we will refund the duplicate transaction. You must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of the double charge.

B. Mobile Store Purchases (Apple App Store & Google Play)

Transactions made via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed and managed by Apple or Google directly. Memrova does not have the ability to process refunds for these transactions.

  • These purchases are subject to the respective refund policies of Apple or Google.
  • If you require support regarding a billing issue on these platforms, you must contact their support teams directly.

3. Account Termination & Usage Violations

We maintain a secure environment for all learners. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited.

  • First Violation: If our system detects credential sharing, your account will be suspended for 14 days. No partial refund or extension of validity will be provided for this suspension period.
  • Second Violation: A second violation will result in a permanent ban and termination of your account.
  • Forfeiture: If your account is permanently banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you forfeit the remainder of your subscription. No refund will be issued for the unused portion of your term.

4. External Factors & Service Availability

  • Exam Cancellations: Memrova is an independent preparation platform. We are not responsible for decisions made by government bodies or exam authorities. If an exam (e.g., OTET, OSSTET) is cancelled, postponed, or modified by the conducting authority, no refunds will be issued.
  • Maintenance & Downtime: We may occasionally take the platform offline for scheduled maintenance or updates. Temporary service unavailability (up to 48 hours) does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Trials & Gifted Access

  • Free trials, gifted access passes, and referral rewards have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
